Litigation Support
Optitek can assist you with both your litigation preparations and your back file conversion as follows:
Document Conversion with electronic or manual bates labeling and indexing by case name, case number, and/or client. “Parent” and “child” bates sets can be produced for both sides of the courtroom.
Video Deposition Conversion- VHS or Mini-DV tape converted to MPEG digital on a CD/DVD with timecoding to the court reporter’s transcript. Transcript will appear underneath video as it plays.
Electronic Brief Preparation- Trial brief, along with all reference documents, are scanned and linked together on one CD in PDF format. Key references in text are hyperlinked directly to reference documents.
Trial Consulting and “war room” preparation
- setup of computer networks in offsite conference rooms, coordination of multimedia equipment and setup in courtroom.
Electronic files can be output in formats compatible with most practice management software packages, such as Summation Load files.
We already provide extensive support for several “top 20” law offices in the St. Louis metro area and will submit references upon request.
