All you need is a standard PC with a CD-ROM drive. You
choose the format you want your documents delivered in: TIFF, PDF,
JPG, GIF, or OCR-created text files that you can manipulate. With
Optitek’s Document Conversion Services, your users can enjoy all
the benefits electronic files have to offer, without the effort of
digitizing them. For company wide access, images may be downloaded
to a server. You can use your own software tools to search and view
your files, or we can deliver your images to you on a disc along
with all of the search and retrieval software you need to gain
quick access to your company’s records.
