Optitek can assist you with both your litigation preparations and your back file conversion as follows:

Document Conversion with electronic or manual bates labeling and indexing by case name, case number, and/or client. “Parent” and “child” bates sets can be produced for both sides of the courtroom.

Electronic Brief Preparation – Trial brief, along with all reference documents, are scanned and linked together on one CD in PDF format. Key references in text are hyperlinked directly to reference documents.

Electronic files can be output in formats compatible with most practice management software packages, such as Summation Load files.
