The minimal requirement is a standard PC with a CD-ROM drive. You choose the format in which you want your documents delivered: TIFF, PDF, JPG, GIF, etc, or OCR-created text files that you can manipulate. With Optitek’s Document Conversion Services, your users can enjoy all the benefits electronic files have to offer, without the effort of digitizing them. For company wide access, images may be downloaded to a server. You can then utilize DM software or use your own software tools to search and view your files.
