Optitek and ImagingWarehouse.Net (IWN) together provide many products - Business Process Automation (BPA) services in the form of Scanning, Web Based Image Hosting (ASP or SaaS), Document Management System Software, Consulting, Workflow and System Design to improve our customer's business processes and bottom line profits.

Optitek is proficient at finding the most cost efficient method of re-engineering Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and other back office functions. We also design and/or support Lockboxes and handle Exception Processing (those items that are flagged and don't go through a system for any number of reasons), and we provide Return Mail services.
Our scanning service bureau and our ASP (IWN) operate on a 24/7 basis to support our many customers in the Midwest and East Coast. We also have a team available for on-site scanning projects at varied locations.
Having been in business since 1992, Optitek has a wide variety of customers. Examples of services provided are: On-going scanning of Leases, AP Documents and Automation of AP and AR Departments, Medical Records, 1099's, MSDS Sheets, Large Document Scans (both color and B&W), and many varied types of documents. Several of our customers take advantage of our Web Hosted ASP offering through IWN to view their documents over the web. Optitek also has a team that supports the scanning and coding of legal cases and E-Discovery.
